Disaster Prep Solutions, LLC was founded in 2017 at the realization that non-government entities and private sector entities need experience when it came to Emergency Management, Continuity of Operations, and Emergency Planning. We found, especially in rural communities, healthcare facilities, churches, restaurants, schools and more were in need of assistance in making their locations safer and having plans in place for when a disaster hits. Disaster Prep Solutions, LLC brings consulting experience in emergency response, hazard and threat mitigation, emergency planning, plan writing, exercise development and training. This knowledge base is available to our customers to help them prepare for and survive through their next disaster.

Our CEO is an Army Reservist, Registered Nurse and House supervisor of a regional hospital in Northeast Missouri. She has spent 12 years in the service in a mix of Active Duty, National Guard and Reservist time. She currently oversees the night shift hospital staff, overseeing over 100 employees and 50 beds, serving as Incident Commander for the facility. In addition to her time with the Army Reserve and the Hospital, our CEO volunteers with Team Rubicon, having deployed in a Logistics and Finance/Admin Section Chief Role for 3 domestic operations and has received the Team Rubicon CEO Coin for excellence, as well as peer awards for her work ethic on deployment. Our CEO hold a BSN degree from Indiana State and is currently pursing her Master's in Nursing through Western Governor's University.
Our Chief Planner has served with various fire and EMS services over the past 23 years and retired from the US Army in 2011. Since his retirement, he has received his Registered Nurse degree, a BS in Psychology and an MS in Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management. He has completed the Incident Command System Instructor Course, Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP), Operations Section Chief Course, Planning Section Chief Course, Safety Officer Course, Public Information Officer Course and the Missouri State Emergency Management Basic Academy. Our Planner continues his work in the emergency management field volunteering as the County Emergency Management Director for Clark County, Missouri. His disaster response experience includes domestic and international work serving in various leadership or operational planning capacities. Our Planner has designed and implemented over 50 exercises at the city, county and NGO level, including seminars, table top exercises, functional and full-scale exercises. He has received accolades for his work, including three CEO coins from Team Rubicon and Program Scholar at the DPEM program at Arkansas State University.
